I use All in one SEO pack and that takes care of most issues for me. We are absolutely crushing the competition. We are blogging, or changing excerpts, or answering comments daily and that daily fresh content makes a huge difference.

SEO course is available only the company if that company provide the training in SEO field otherwise Google is best option.
